We seek a Business Development Manager who will be driving the growth of PRISM+ Australia by leading our expansion into Amazon, partnerships, and corporate sales. Being a high-growth electronics company, we are looking for a candidate who will be a passionate, strong self-starter to manage PRISM+ Australia market developments.
This experienced and entrepreneur individual is responsible for understanding and communicating local market needs, effectively defining market-specific strategies with HQ support, and executing strategies promptly.
The candidate will be considered a vital member of the PRISM+ team and report to Australia's country director. He/She should be familiar with the market landscape, eCommerce marketplace understanding and local regulations.
Responsibilities of a Business Development Manager but are not limited to:
• Analyse and identify risk and opportunities for Australia e-commerce marketplace/corporate in the short and medium-term
• Formulate, execute, and report on Amazon strategy in Australia to increase daily orders, brand mindshare and revenue.
• Foster strong relationships with our Australia relevant 3rd parties' stakeholders to produce efficient logistics flow and excellent customer shopping experience on PRISM+ channels
• To source, contact and close high-value opportunities while managing current partners
• Work closely with the marketing team to ensure substantial brand equity in Amazon and partners
• Proven ability to communicate effectively to drive positive outcomes with key stakeholders
• Foster strong relationships with media and influencers for periodic mass activation
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in Business and Marketing, or any relevant course of studies
• At least 4 years' experience in Marketing, Sales or E-commerce role.
• You should have successfully scaled and led results driving Amazon campaigns with clear management reporting metrics to measure success.
