I needed a monitor arm for my 490 Pro 49 inch beast, that fitted a secretlab Magnus Pro desk.
I took a gamble, as this was a quarter of the price of anything IU could find that I knew would support it and fit on the desk.
I won the gamble.
This is good looking, very easy to fit and adjust - altogether I could hardly have asked for more!
My only grumble (but this is the same for most monitor arms I've had in the past) is that fitting the cables through the cable covers is fiddly - it ended up being a two-man job once the monitor was attached. Perhaps I should have fitted the cables before the monitor!!
Oh - and it has two USB ports in the base! I mean, this was something I didn't even know I wanted! But it is so convenient for shoving in that USB drive or charger cable!
Honestly, my whole experience with Prism+ has been great - I was wary, but wouldn't hesitate to but from them again.
High quality, very sturdy, looks absolutely great.
This was my second attempt at purchasing a Heavy Duty Monitor Arm after I spent $100 on a Amazon one (HEYMIX Heavy Duty Monitor Arm) and sent it back immediately. The Prism Product just is a whole level of quality above what i could have lived with and came with optional usb 3 ports that are actually very convenient. Even the packaging said quality.
In comparison to the HEYMIX the Titan just feels more durable and the adjustment for tilt actually holds its position when tilted without needing to be tightened. It easily holds my 38" curved LG.
The customer service was top notch as well. I will have no trouble recommending Prism+ in future and will be back for my next TV/Monitor etc
The build quality is incredible, easy to install and can be widely adjusted to match any setup
